How can I try ARA before committing long-term?+

Sign up on any ARA plan and get started immediately — onboarding is free and we help you train ARA on your business data. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if ARA isn't working for your use case in the first 30 days, we refund the subscription (overage charges are non-refundable as they reflect real voice minutes used).

What counts as an 'AI text reply'?+

Each AI-generated reply sent to a customer counts as one. Agent-typed replies do not count. Voice replies are billed separately as voice minutes.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?+

Warning email at 80% usage. At 100% you can either pay overage rates (see table above) or upgrade. No surprise bills — set spending caps in your dashboard.

Can I switch ARA plans mid-month?+

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at next renewal with credit applied.

Does ARA work in pure Bangla?+

Yes — ARA is Bengali-native, not a translation layer. It understands Banglish, handles regional dialects, and replies in natural Bangla.

What about white-label?+
